WisdomCybernetics Naira E-Store Shipping Policy If an item is available in any of our Nigeria Offices at the time of order, customers can expect to receive their orders within 24-72 hours of confirmed payment by FEDEX courier delivery (same day in-town pick-up may also be available in Lagos, Kano and Abuja). Otherwise expect delivery within 7-14 days of confirmed payment if item is available only at our US Office. In such a case an option of 3-5 business days delivery by FEDEX International Priority shipment is available and must be requested and paid for at checkout at an additional cost. Please Use the Contact Us Form to ask questions if you need specific clarification on our shipping policy. No goods can be returned without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) from our customer care Department. Please read our Terms of Service before placing orders. All items with approved RA must be returned to our Nigeria Office via FEDEX or any other courier service OR NIPOST Registered parcel service. |
How to Place Orders Online
Thank you for visiting WisdomCybernetics Naira E-Store. Our goal is to make online shopping experience of Nigerians seamless and hassle-free. To place an order:
1. Visit the Online Store and add to the shopping cart item(s) you want to order.
2. Proceed to check-out when done. The cost of shipping for all items to be ordered will be added to the cart at checkout.
3. Sign up for an account in order to track your purchases online. Otherwise proceed to checkout without signing up for an account
4. In the payment option, choose 'Internet banking/Bank Deposit.
5. Complete the transaction and print.
6. Take your printout and deposit the total sum of your purchase at any branch of Intercontinental Bank PLC (ICB). The account number is given on your printed invoice.
7. Send us an email using the Contact Us Form on the website, stating the invoice number, item(s) purchased, total deposit made and the Bank Deposit slip number.
Once we confirm online that payment has been made, We will ship your item(s) to you at the earliest possible oppurtunity. You can always track the progress of your order online if you sign-up for an account.
In the next few weeks, Nigerian Debit Card payment using Interswitch and E-Transact will be available. in addition to direct bank deposit payment method. With this you will seamlessly complete all transactions online and you will not need to go to a Bank to deposit, except by choice. Please help us spread the news by word of mouth and use the Tell a friend feature on the website to send products of specific interest to friends and co-workers.
